We hope you had a great Fourth of July and got to spend some time with family and friends!

The Week Ahead:

We made it, this is your final "Week Ahead" of the season.  

For Prelims information, including meet schedule, pool location, pool map and team tent location, warm up lanes and times, concessions, heat sheets, and psych sheets, please click here.  There are many, many links on this page with tons of information.  

Also, Coach Leala created this spreadsheet with meet information including warm up lanes and times and a theme for each prelim.  It's much easier to find information on Coach Leala's sheet than the page above.  Thanks Coach Leala! 

There will be no PM practice this week.  Our coaches will be coaching in the hot sun at prelims, Monday-Thursday this week and they deserve the afternoon off.

The AM practice schedule will remain the same.

During this last week, we kindly ask that your swimmer only attend practice if they are participating in prelims and then after your prelim they can attend if they have qualified for finals.

Friday July 10: Donut Friday!

Saturday July 11th: Finals at Stonegate

Saturday July 11th:  End of Year Celebration

Ben Franklin Swimming Pool, 6-9PM.  We start the evening with pool games, then move onto a celebration and we end the night with a slideshow.  Bring dinner!

The ribbon file will be available during practice.

Will be available at the end of the week.
