Below are all the details you need. The heat sheet is attached.

Due to the number of swimmers competing tomorrow, the meet is expected to end around 2:03 PM.

To help us stay on schedule, please make sure your swimmers head to the heating area 🧼 as soon as their event is called. The volunteers working in heating are doing their best to keep things organized, and having to send people out searching for kids makes it much harder. We appreciate your help!

Bake Sale & Lemonade Stand – Benefiting Make-A-Wish

We’d love your help! Please consider donating a baked good for our bake sale and lemonade stand. Proceeds go to Make-A-Wish and help make a difference!

Concessions Donations

Families with last names N-Z: Please bring a six-pack of drinks (soda, Gatorade, sparkling water, etc.) to donate to concessions in the morning. Thank you!

Meet Location

Ben Franklin Swimming Pool
Please be respectful of neighborhood driveways when parking.

Theme: Red, White, and Blue

Dress up in your best red, white, and blue to celebrate America!

Arrival & Warm-Up

• Pool opens: 6:30 AM
• Ben Franklin warm-up: 6:45–7:15 AM
  Please arrive early and be ready to hit the water at 6:45 AM!
  Warm-ups are important to help swimmers get loose and avoid DQ’s.

Tents & Seating

You’re welcome to set up tents tonight between 7–8 PM inside the gates.
The team tent will be on the south side near the waterslide.
Please continue to help keep our space clean and trash-free.

Meet Schedule & Volunteering

• Scratch Meeting: 7:30 AM at the scoring tent (NE corner of pool)

  If your swimmer isn’t attending, please let us know before the scratch meeting.

• Timers & Stroke Judge Meeting: 7:40 AM at the officials’ tent

  All timers and judges (for all shifts) must attend the morning meeting.

• Relays start heating: 7:50 AM (before national anthem)

  Please get swimmers to heating on time – it reduces stress for coaches!

• Volunteer shift changes: 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Coaches’ Request

After each race, please remind your swimmer to visit the coaches’ tent for feedback.
This helps our coaches provide positive, personalized advice.

Please help get your swimmer to heating on time. Coaches should be coaching—not tracking down kids.

Concessions

We’ll have great food and drink options—cash and credit cards accepted.
Don’t forget to bring your six-pack donation if your last name is N-Z!
