Hi Franklin Fish Families!

Tomorrow is our first meet of the 2025 season — Our mock meet went swimmingly, and we’re hoping for smooth waters again tomorrow! Heat sheets are attached.

This is a tri-meet, so expect a crowded pool deck and limited parking. Most families will need to park on the street — please be mindful of neighborhood driveways.

⏰ Arrival & Warm-up Times:

• Pool opens: 6:30 AM
• Preserve Piranhas: 6:40–7:00 AM
• Ben Franklin Fish: 7:00–7:20 AM
• Willow Creek II Wahoos: 7:20–7:40 AM

Ben Franklin Fish families, please arrive early and be ready for our 7:00 AM warm-up!

🏕️ Tents & Seating:

Set up your tents on the large green space on the southeast side of the pool, just outside the gate. There is a convenient entrance nearby that leads directly into the heating area!

🍽️ Concessions:

We’ll have breakfast and lunch available, along with treats and drinks.

• Payment options: Cash, Venmo, and PayPal
• Breakfast: Burritos, fruit, pastries, beverages
• Lunch: Subway sandwiches
• Kona Ice will be on-site for a cool treat! 🍧

🗓️ Meet Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – Pool opens
• 6:40–7:00 AM – Preserve Piranhas warm-up
• 7:00–7:20 AM – Franklin Fish warm-up
• 7:20–7:40 AM – Wahoos warm-up
• 7:20 AM – Scratch Meeting
• 7:25 AM – Stroke Judge & Starter/Ref Meeting (all stroke judges must attend)
• 7:35 AM – Timer Meeting (all timers must attend)
• 7:50 AM – Welcome, team cheer, and heating through Event 12
• 7:55 AM – National Anthem
• 8:00 AM – Meet begins!
