It's hard to believe we just had our last meet before prelims! Thanks to everyone who came out to the Bow Mar South meet yesterday.

If you're interested in swimming in prelims, the deadline is tomorrow at noon! You can choose up to 3 individual events and mark which relays you're available for. You must have swum in two meets during the regular season to qualify for prelims. Unfortunately, the league is not doing any exceptions to this rule.

Practice Schedule

This week we'll have normal practice times except that we will have no practice on July 4th. The following week (July 8-12) will be prelims and we will only have morning practices due to coach availability.

All swimmers are welcome to come to practice regardless of whether they are swimming in prelims or not.

Fighting Fish Caps

Every year, swimmers have a chance to earn a Fighting Fish cap! These caps are awarded to kids who swim every event available to their age group at least once in the season. It doesn’t matter if you DQ; we simply want every kid to try every stroke.

Once you’ve completed each type of event, please submit a request for your cap.
