Franklin Fish!

We are hosting a meet tomorrow against Homestead (HOM) at the Ben Franklin Pool so I wanted to give you some deets (as the kids say).

Our theme tomorrow is Luau! 🌴🌴🌴

Arrival

We'll be setting up our tents around the pool as usual. Please leave the splash pad area and the grass space outside available for Homestead. They're a big team and need the space.

From 6:30am - 9am, we'll have Ti & Jo's Coffee Co out front selling coffee and other speciality drinks. They're some great local folks so please support them!

If your name begins with N through Z, please bring soda or gatorade for concessions to sell. We have plenty of water already.

Parent Relay

For our last dual meet of the year, Homestead has issued a friendly challenge to the moms & dads on our team. Dust off your speedos and join the parent relay! No need for swimming excellence here—if you can swim a lap, come join the fun.

We'll swim the parent relay at noon in between shift changes.

Fill out this form if you're interested. You can still join the day of too. The form just helps us keep track of who might be swimming.

Volunteer Hours

If you still need volunteer points, this is one of the last opportunities to get them. Please email me and we'll get you some shifts.

Concessions

We'll be serving our usual concessions throughout the day. We accept both cash & credit card. Kona Ice will also arrive later in the morning in the parking lot.

Timeline

- 6:30 am: Pool opens
- 6:45 am: Ben Franklin warmups
- 7:15 am: Homestead Warmups
- 7:30 am: Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at starter/ref post near the starting blocks (all stroke judges for the day must attend)
- 7:40 am: Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter/ref post near the starting blocks (all timers must attend for the day)
- 7:50 am: Welcome and start heating through Event 12
- 7:55 am: National Anthem
- 8:00 am: First event begins!
